Blackbird Galactic Highschool Player Characters (2022)

An adolescent adventure in outer space written as a Very Important Gamer (VIG) game for KantCon 2022. The Galaxy is a wide and diverse place, but of course it was the humans that tried to bring everyone together through the establishment of several places of learning, including one for younger members of each species — an intergalactic highschool. The wealthy Blackbird family donated an asteroid in the Sol system to house all the required structures and support systems. The school has been fairly successful in its first few years of operation, but of course, there are some planets that yearn for domination, so it’s only a matter of time before it becomes the center of a major contest. You are one of five students attending Blackbird Galactic Highschool from different parts of the galaxy scheduled to endure a weekend detention under a harsh assistant principal. It is the Saturday before the school’s first “Homecoming” celebration — an elaborate dance party to follow a sporting event with a rival team. You had other plans to prepare for the event, and being stuck under supervision doing some mind-numbing task is really putting a damper on your mood.
