Bards of the College of Comedy always have a joke ready and walk through life with a smile on their face. Mechanically the College of Comedy Relies on a new use of your Bardic inspiration to prevent damage to yourself and deal damage against those that target you. They also gain bonuses to understanding their foes and the world around them, so as to more effectively make jokes about everything.
