The second issue sees articles from Michael Wenman, Yukiko Ashikaga, Sasha Morgan, and Ziggy Storm. It has a general bonding theme of "worth", including discussions about money in the Sprawl, and how to get it, along with notes about the social worth of a person including their reputation and notoriety. In addition to these articles, there is an introduction to a faction of secretive mercenaries somehow connected to the homeless community, and an account of a journey underground among those considered the least worthy.
