Noboribetsu (のぼりべつ)
In Noboribetsu, players build a city by blindly drawing and placing location, character, and Hell cards. Dice rolls dictate card draws or allow players to shout the game's name to seize a taxi, enabling them to steal or rearrange cards. Hell cards ruin scores, while matching characters to locations score best. The first player to accumulate three overall victory points wins the game after multiple rounds.
