Private eye, gumshoe, shamus… you’ve heard all the names. Don’t care for any of ‘em. When you’ve got a case, you’re more like a dog with a bone.
You pull up your collar and adjust your hat. The pelting rain seeps in anyway. Of all the nights to get that call. This case’ll take some finesse. Too bad you haven't got much of that. Maybe Lady Luck will be on your side… and if not, there’s always your trusty .38. Sometimes, you’ve got to make your own luck.
In Stakeout, you’ll step into the shadowy world of a 1930s private detective, vying to complete investigations and close cases. Roll and spend dice to investigate leads, wiretap or go on a stakeout. Hot Tip cards give you dice manipulation powers you can use to gain an edge over your opponents. Careful timing can trigger powerful combos that can mean the difference between shaking down a suspect and going home empty handed.
Stakeout is a competitive noir-themed dice game for 2–4 players ages 14 and up that plays in around 45 minutes.
So, whadaya say? Will you take the case?
