When an Artifact card is placed on the bottom of the Artifact deck, you may discard a token from the Ghoul to draw the bottom 2 cards of the Artifact deck and take 1. The other Artifact card is removed from the game.

About Cult Cards, Azathoth, and the Promotional Monsters
[...] As for the Shan and Ghoul promo cards, there are not associated miniatures for these cards (although we’ve joked that the Shan is included in the Beasts From Beyond box, it’s just too small to see!). These can be included in any game that uses the Monsters from BfB.
