An umpired miniatures rules set for urban combat actions from World War II. Units portrayed in the game include tanks, assault guns, infantry sections, anti-tank guns, and snipers. The players issue simultaneous orders. Rules are incorporated for observation/spotting, morale, and close assault.

"This game is intended to provide, in a simplified way, some of the tactical and operational problems inherent in Fighting In Built Up Areas (FIBUA) in WW2."
