Beschreibung
ドランク (Drunk) is a card game from Japan, reflecting the after-work drinking culture where employees are obliged to join their boss drinking all evening.
The game has three kinds of cards, Drinks which range from tea to whisky, Locations including sushi restaurant and the boss's house, and Drunkenness cards to measure intoxication. This includes a special card that let's a player sober up.
Players take turns being the Boss, and go from one location to another playing Drink cards. These are affected by the location, so at a sushi place you cannot get whisky, but at a bar whisky has zero effects on you.
As the game proceeds, players get more or less drunk than the Boss. This makes the Boss or the staff draw more cards. If the Boss reaches 10pts of Drunkenness they are out (cold), and the next player becomes the Boss. The Boss has various things to call out, such as "Well, for now." and everyone in unison shouts "Kampai!". Later the Boss calls "I'm going to reorganize." and so on, so it feels like a drinking party.
After the players have gone round enough places, and everyone has been Boss, the player who has the least Drunkenness is the winner.
user summary
The publisher says:
Players are divided into bosses and subordinates and compete based on the strength of their drink cards, and the losing player receives the drunkenness card. In the end, the player with the fewest points on his drunkenness card will receive the title of "Big Drinker" and win.
Can you keep drinking until the end without getting drunk at a drinking party with different conditions depending on the bar?
