Promo tile for Powerline in English and German that provides a helpful catch up mechanic for the player in last place on the Victory track.

At the end of each round: if one single player is in the last position of the VP track, they gain the Sunny Island and place it on top of the island in their player board. In the next round, they will not lose VP if they deploy workers on the Sunny Island. If there is a new player in the last position at the end of that round, the Sunny Island is passed to them, otherwise it remains where it is.
