A Game of Thrones: The Card Game – Ice and Fire Draft Starter (2013)

All cards in this Draft Starter have a set symbol designating it as part of this Draft Starter; a white snowflake imposed over a red sun. All draft card sets are manufactured through Fantasy Flight Games's in-house print-on-demand method, and are packaged in a clear plastic clamshell. From Fantasy Flight Games's item description page: "The Ice & Fire Draft Starter features 22 fixed cards that serve as the foundations for your Ice & Fire draft decks. An essential mix of House cards, locations, and plot cards accompany rules for draft play and a “draft only” agenda. The Ice & Fire Draft Starter is made available to you via Fantasy Flight Games in-house manufacturing, and you may reuse the contents of your Ice & Fire Draft Starter through any number of Ice & Fire draft events." Note that the total card count is 25 cards; 19 game cards, 3 double-sided house cards (one house on each side), and three rules and draft information cards.
