Dice Rolling
Beschreibung
Master Yacht is played with one common roll for all players. Each player has his own set of five differently colored dice and a holder. Players are awarded a bonus for scoring early in the round.
Game uses dice of five different colors and a score pad. The score pad is used to keep track of the various combinations in which the five dice may fall and assign a value to a particular combination. The goal is to score the highest number of points by filling in category boxes with the highest point value possible (similar to yahtzee).
One player rolls the five larger common dice. The results are used by all players at the same time. There are 3 common rolls per turn. Roll the dice. Players choose which dice from the common roll will be used to build scores. Players must use the same color die and match the number to the common die of the same color. Any chosen dice are added to the player's holder. This process is completed 3 times. Between rolls, players may remove any desired dice from the holder for use in subsequent rolls. Dice already in the holder may not be replaced with a different match on the same turn as the common dice are rolled.
Once all categories have been completed, the game ends and scores are calculated.
