Beschreibung
You must help your Lake survive several waves of Mussel Invasion. Mussels eat your Phytos. The more Phytos you have, the more Fish Bucks you can earn. The Lake with the most Fish Bucks wins, except that if any Lake loses, no one can win.
This is a roll and move game where the spaces determine what happens in your lake; specifically, the phytoplankton (phytos), mussels, and algae balance. Phytos are the good guys. Mussels eat the phytos and therefore allow the algae to grow with the increased sunlight. If there is algae in your lake, the phytos can't multiply, but the mussels will. Players can earn Fish Bucks through card actions which can then be used to clean up the algae and mussels, but as with most environmental issues, funding is hard to come by!
After a predetermined number of trips around the board (years), everyone loses if anyone's lake is devoid of phytos. If everyone still has phytos left, then one winner is determined by a point system, and the player with the healthiest Great Lake is the winner!
