Starfire: 2nd Edition – PDF Rules (2014)

Starfire is a game of battles between fleets of space warships. Each player commands a fleet of starships, moves their starships, and fires their weapons. This is a 2014 PDF version of the rules (and only the rules, not any of the other physical components) that were originally published in 1984 for the second edition of the Starfire board game. This edition of Starfire is a combination of the original Starfire and Starfire II with rules editing and corrections; for example several rules changes were made to fighters. As such, 2nd Edition Starfire contains the tactical combat rules for both starship and fighter combat in a single book. Furthermore, it includes 19 scenarios that introduces the first interstellar conflict between the Terran Federation and the Khanate of Orion, and the third interstellar conflict between the Terrans, Khanate, and the Rigelians.
