Sometimes the bad guys pull off a big heist, and sometimes the good guys can stop the crime before it happens. But in the long run, it’s all about style. In Chicago’s Finest, you take the role of the titular boys in blue, or their nemesis, the mob. Both sides are working hard to either perpetuate or prevent crime - but their primary concern is looking sharp. Players tactically deploy cards representing guys, weapons, tools, and even K9 units in attempt to conjure up precisely enough cool to match the crime of the day. How much style is needed is determined by the Time, Day, Neighborhood, Location, and type of Crime – which change every day. The game lasts seven days. Chicago’s Finest is quick, free to print out, and different every time you play it. Game mechanics somewhat resemble Blackjack, but with a variable target number, as well as an arsenal of tricks and card synergies that let you manipulate your and your opponent’s card total.
