R'lyeh Rising: Fear of the Unknown edition updates the previous R'lyeh Rising edition to use the new Unknown Monsters. Instead of the previous cards for the monsters on the original core box, this edition doesn't have any monsters, you must have unknown monsters from the upcoming Fear of the Unknown core set or from other expansion packages, like Iron Maiden #1 and #3 to be able to play it.
