Text from The Ring card:
"Anytime on your turn, you may demand tribute from any single Vampire. That Vampire must show their allegience by kissing your ring, or bowing before you.
If the Vampire will not bow or kiss your ring, they must give to you as follows:
4- 8 Players: 1 Blood Token
9-12 Players: 2 Blood Tokens"
