ひつじのあくま (Hitsuji no Akuma) is a card game from Japan. The title translates as Devil Sheep, meaning Baphomet. The game box also says "How many Baphomet Do You Need?".

In the game, players are supplying various Baphomet to meet the needs of their customers. each player gets a secret character, a customer who wants a certain number of Baphomet.
They need to provide the correct amount of Baphomet demanded to get the best score. Too many or too few, they score less or zero.

With only 5 hand cards, players must trade Baphomet without disclosing the total they really need.

On a turn, a player either places a card as part of their supply, or plays a card using the effects on the card. When placing a card, it can go face up, showing some Baphomet, or face down to be revealed at the game end.

When a card is played for its affect, this might apply to the player or to another, and moves Baphomet cards around.

There are several special action cards too, which reverse fortunes, but players could lose all their Baphomet.

When the deck is exhausted, the game ends and players turn up their cards and calculate a final score.

The publisher says that the game is more chaotic with 5 players, and more thoughtful with 2 players.

The game is listed as for age 12+, but reviewers say it is easy to play, and should really be age 8+.
