You are the mayor of a brand new village! Place features to attract villagers, then welcome them to town.

Each turn, you draw a card from a deck of standard playing cards. All players use the card value or suit to place features, welcome new villagers to town, or construct a store.

Once the deck runs out, the game is over and the player with the most villagers and shopkeepers wins.
