El Camino de Santiago is the first board game dedicated to the Camino de Santiago; it's an inner journey and a sharing experience. From 1 to 5 players embark on a path composed of 31 stages, the evocative stops where various events, the unpredictable occurrences of the journey, must be faced.

The pilgrims progress by balancing mental strength and physical resources in an innovative path game, where the winner isn’t the one who arrives first but the one who has gained the most spirituality points.

As it happens in reality, you'll discover that reaching the goal isn’t enough; it's fundamental to get there in the best way possible!

The Path
The game includes all the dynamics of the Camino de Santiago, the route that connects, in nearly eight hundred kilometers, the French town of Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to Santiago de Compostela, where the relics of the Apostle Saint James the Greater are venerated.

The route known as the Camino Francés is the most famous among the many paths that cross a large part of Europe. This itinerary, which from the Middle Ages to today challenges pilgrims from all over the world, has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The locations along the Camino Francés are represented on 32 evocative large-format cards. Players can manage the length of the game from a minimum of 5 stages up to a maximum of 31. Additionally, there is the "catedral de Santiago" card, essential to complete the journey and receive the famous "compostela."

El Camino de Santiago è il primo gioco in scatola dedicato al Cammino di Santiago; è un viaggio interiore e un’esperienza di condivisione. Da 1 a 5 giocatori intraprendono un percorso composto da 31 etapas, le suggestive tappe in cui si devono affrontare svariati eventos, gli avvenimenti imprevedibili del cammino.

I peregrinos avanzano bilanciando forza mentale e risorse fisiche, in un gioco di percorso innovativo, dove non vince chi arriva primo ma chi ha guadagnato più punti spiritualità.

Come accade nella realtà, scoprirete che non basta raggiungere il traguardo, ma è fondamentale arrivarci nel modo migliore!

Il Percorso
L’opera propone tutte le dinamiche del Cammino di Santiago, l’itinerario che collega, in quasi ottocento chilometri, la cittadina francese di Saint-Jean- Pied-de-Port a Santiago de Compostela, dove si venerano le reliquie dell’Apostolo san Giacomo il Maggiore.

Il percorso denominato Camino Francés è il più famoso dei tanti percorsi che attraversano gran parte dell’Europa. Questo itinerario, che dal Medioevo a oggi mette alla prova i peregrinos di tutto il mondo, è stato dichiarato patrimonio dell’umanità dall’Unesco.

Le località del Camino Francés sono state rappresentate in 32 suggestive carte di grande formato. I giocatori possono gestire la lunghezza della partita da un minimo di 5 tappe fino a un massimo di 31. In aggiunta, la carta de la catedral de Santiago, indispensabile per completare il viaggio e ricevere la famosa compostela.
