The card provides a new location for Elder Sign based on the Novel.
Update March 30 2013: The card was (sparsely) given away on TableTopDay by retailers who received the goodie-box.
Update February 5th 2014: The card was found in the gift bags sent out to backers of Season 1 of Shut Up & Sit Down
