Beschreibung
In "The Monster's Castle", players (monsters) race to be the first to arrive at the end of the gameboard track and "rent" the last remaining castle on the block. But can they avoid the traps and the double traps as they each race to reach their new home?
A colorful but simple spin and move game, this is one of five similar titles from Warren publications (best known for publishing the Creepy, Eerie and Vampirella magazines of the mid 70's).
This game appeared in the "Famous Monsters of Filmland" magazine issue #106 (April 1974) and was also offered as part of a separate 5 game mail-order bundle (#2661 for $2.50) from Warren magazines - the bundle included Capture, Monster Match, Creepy-Crawley Castle (aka Creepy Castle), Werewolf! and Monster's Castle, all of which were printed from '73 to '74 on thin glossy magazine cover stock paper. Unlike the other four games which were credited to Bill DuBay, this one is credited to W.R. Mohalley.
