It’s the Cold War. The USSR and the United States are clamoring to consolidate their power and gain a competitive edge. Defcon Dice is a strategic dice and card game where players take turns either manipulating dice on the battlefield or claiming them using one of their available cards. The player with the lowest number of cards remaining after three rounds of passive aggressive posturing is the winner.
