Regatta (1973)

Each player gets 6 sailing boats. The players start on opposite sides of the game board and have to reach the opposite edge of the game board. The players take turns to roll 2 dice and move. On the roll of a 5 and a 2 the player moves one boat from space 5 to space 2 in the next row and another boat from space 2 to space 5 in the next row. On the roll of a double the same boat may be moved two times. If a boat has passed the middle of the game board it moves two rows: for instance from space 5 to space 2 in the next row and from there to space 5 one row further. If a boat reaches a destination space the player gets a bonus move. The first player to get all 6 of his boats to the opposite side wins the game.
