From the Invisible City Productions website:

A game of espionage gone horribly awry for 4 players.

Object: To guide a hopelessly befuddled secret agent back to your territory.

There is no 'first player'; play is roughly simultaneous. A round of play has the following steps:

1. Allocate Resources.
2. Reveal Allocations.
3. Prepare Transmission.
4. Broadcast Order & Receive Orders.
5. Execute Orders.
6. Debriefing.

Using these steps, along with order and command chits, you try to lure the confused secret agent to your side of the board.

The first player with 5 points wins.
