You are one of the disciples of Galileo, an illustrious scientist who has already revolutionized astronomy and mechanics several times. Your master calls on you for help because he is about to be tried in Rome for heresy. The publication of his treatise on astronomy has indeed attracted the wrath of the Inquisition.
