In A Very Merry March Madness you'll use card values, special abilities, and bonus gifts to complete your bracket and help your team win the final game by the biggest margin! As a bonus, your completed game sheet can be used to fill out your actual March Madness bracket!
The game sheet features a tournament bracket, but unlike traditional brackets, you have much more control over the outcomes! Each matchup in the first two bracket columns is associated with a card suit. Each turn, you'll flip over two cards from the deck, and find a matchup with same suit as one of the cards. Then you'll choose a card value to write in one of the two boxes for that matchup. Numbers are limited, so you'll need to be strategic about when and how you use each number!
The numbers for each matchup are either added or subtracted and the total contributes to a power score for each suit/team. When all of the matchups are complete, the power scores are used to determine the bracket finalists and winner. Achieve the highest possible score by correctly picking the finalists and the winner, maximizing the win margin of the final game, and minimizing penalties.
