Saropoly is a satirical board game about the music industry published by British independent record label Sarah Records as their fiftieth 'single'. It was packaged as a 7" single but contained a fold-out board and a wooden die.
Players take on the roles of four contemporary record label bosses - Alan McGee (Creation), Tony Wilson (Factory), Richard Branson (Virgin) and Ivo Watts-Russell (4AD) - who must travel around the city of Bristol, south-west England, to collect the eight essential ingredients required to publish a Sarah Records EP, with the first player to do so and successfully return to the Sarah Records head office being the winner.
