They are equipped with military-type hardware and trained to deploy against threats of terrorism, hostage taking, and in situations beyond the capabilities of ordinary law enforcement, sometimes deemed "high-risk". More on that later. In Red Ops 5 you are the Leader of one such Team. Your assignments will vary but you ultimately have two things to accomplish.
