It is a game for a player that combines time progress with technological development and a simple military strategy system.

The objective of the game is to deplete the deck of chronological events and reach the year 1463 (last card of the deck) in possession of at least Constantinople. The game is lost if the player is not in possession any moment of Constantinople or if the emperor and all his heirs have died.
