A month after British and Canadian forces landed on Sword/Juno beaches, the German stronghold of Caen had still not been secured. The Steelworks is a historical re-creation of Operation Stack, General Montgomery's plan to secure the gutted remnants of the Metallurgic Company of Normandy factory were German forces were using two towering smoke stacks as observation posts overlooking the outskirts of Caen.
The module includes 5 historical scenarios, 1 large historical maps showing the factory and surrounding area, and one sheet of specialized counters.
