After their first game on the subject called "Cro-Magnon" the team behind that game comes up with the follow-up called "Cro-Magnon Rrrévolution", which is a completely independent game from the original.
As in the original, you play as a tribe that will evolve over time. The change is that this time every time you move your pawn on the track and change area, the playing conditions change. As in the first version, the basic principle is to make your tribe guess as many words as they can.
The method of making the tribe guess the words is what changes each time. In the first age it's miming combined with an uncontrollable effect of a die; in the second age, you will make shapes with stones; later you can talk only with words that never contain the letter of your tribe taboo; and finally in the fourth age you can use overlapping cardboard shapes to evoke the mystery word...
