Octopus' Garden: Crown of Thorns (2012)

A promotional expansion for Octopus' Garden. Beauty Score 5. Add all 4 Crown of Thorns to the tile pool. The Crown of Thorns is Planted as a normal tile, with the side showing the sandy background facing up. During Move Sea Stars do one of the following: 1. Sandy background facing up: Move towards the nearest Coral using normal Sea Star movement rules. If it ends its move on a Coral tile, turn the Crown of Thorns to the side showing a Coral background. 2. Coral background facing up: Discard the Coral tile and turn the Crown of Thorns back to a sandy background. The Crown of Thorns does not eat Oysters but does affect the Feather Worm like a Sea Star.
