Square on Sale (2002)

Square on Sale combines elements of Othello, an auction game, and Manhattan, an area majority game. Players bid for the right to build stories of buildings on different blocks. However, in a manner very reminiscent of Othello, when you build in two different blocks, you also get to add a floor of your color to the buildings in between.
