It's a Knockout (1980)

User summary: No to be confused with the two European games with the same name, this is a dice game with a boxing theme. Points are scored for rolling the dice. Additional points are scored for certain combinations of dice. Rolling three 2s, 3s, 4, or 5s results in a knockdown. Three knockdowns and the scoring player wins by technical knockout, otherwise, the player who wins more rounds after a predetermined number of rounds is the victor.
