Phase Four is an expansion for the core rules of Alien Sanctuary. It adds a phase four to the game and brings in external influences. Many of these influences can be problematic but an astute Sanctuary manager may well turn them in their favour. Face activists, government officials, disgruntled celebrities, natural disasters and unexpected alien incursions!
