The rebel and youngster mercenary, known as Penny Boom, is sneaking through Old London streets, offering her services to the highest bidder. If a faction needs an advantage on other ones, with a good old explosion, she’s the one. The girl, despite her young age, already has developed some remarkable skills in handling explosives. In her lab, that Purebreds with no success are looking for, Penny is capable to overproduce explosives and bombs she doesn’t want to sell. So, whoever wants to use her products has to hire Penny in the flesh to unleash her destructive thirst against other factions… even against the same Purebreds!
