ãããã (ONSHA!) is a game from Japan themed on job hunting for students starting their careers. Onsha is a polite way of saying 'your company', used during a job interview.
The players build up their profile by getting Growth cards, then secure an interview. But to win, they must secure the job offer at interview by playing the best Value cards. These show how they will maximise their advantages for the company to succeed. These values include World Peace, or Getting A Day Off. The player presenting the best set of values at interview will win the game.
There are 30 different professions in the game, which is designed to help students understand job hunting in Japan and prepare for the trials ahead.
