Trilemma is an abstract game, where players make simultaneous moves in order to create a pattern of stones in their color.
The players each secretly choose a numbered stone they wish to place on the board and then reveal simultaneously. Uncontested stones are placed in the desired spot. If players choices conflict, a non-conflicting player claims the spot according to a simple deterministic rule.
First player to create a line of three stones in his color, wins the round and thereby two poins. First player to 10 points wins the game.
Playing the game involves bluffing, smart choices and banter. It offers the feel of a 'dilemma for three', hence Trilemma!
