Tru Action Electric Baseball Game is a baseball game in which the batter uses a spring-loaded flipper to toss a magnet from behind home plate and onto the metal board to determine the results of a pitch. The board has marked areas to show hits and outs while landing on a line is a strike and between marked areas is a ball. If the batter gets a hit, they can flip a switch to vibrate the board and their batter will start to run the bases. They can stop when they reach base — but when a hit occurs, the fielder uses their flipper from behind the outfield to try to throw out runners as they head for the next base.
