Phase 10 Bonus Pack (1995)

A 2-in-1 combo box. The box contained Phase 10 card game (packaged in its usual cardboard box) and Phase 10 dice where the dice were sealed but otherwise not contained in its own box. The rules and score pad for it were just packaged inside the combo box itself.
