Dan Dare Shooting Game (1950)

Dan Dare Shooting game by Chad Valley is a target game with the board featuring several aliens advancing. The gun, is a spring loaded Pop gun with corks. Object of the game is to be the first to knock out the alien targets. During the early 1950's the Comic Hero Dan Dare spurred several similar target games that can easily be confused. Featured on this link is Chad Valley's version with the simple title "Dan Dare Shooting" game. Chad Valley also produced another Target Game called "Dan Dare Big Game Hunt on Venus". Listed elsewhere on BGG is a Dan Dare Target game by the company Glevum with a very similar title called "Dan Dare Space Shooting".
