Pergame (2015)

Inspired by Homer’s Iliad, PERGAME is a turn based strategy game that simulates the battle between Achaean and Trojan forces during the Trojan War. Keeping true to the spirit of time and the epic, the game focuses on the actions of heroes and constant involvement of the gods who are always ready to lend a hand to one side or the other. Common soldiers also have a role to play, and initially, their role comes down to guarding their champion. But beware, without a phalanx to support him, even Achilles may be felled by the hand of well-trained rank and file troops. During the battle, each player will try to defeat the opposing army in the field or to push it back to its base – Troy, or the Achaean camp. And then, when the going gets rough, and the battlements have to be breached, every single warrior is precious. Only good coordination of all elements – the power of heroes, the much needed support of the soldiers and timely interventions of the gods, can secure victory. Tyche be with you!
