This is the twelfth of the Avalanche Press Golden Journal supplements. It contains 70 additional counters as well as variants for two games:

The majority of the counters included are "long" rectangle pieces meant to replace ships in a number of other games that were originally represented by "small" square counters. Pieces are replaced in the following games: Strike South, Eastern Fleet, Midway, Bismarck, Bomb Alley, and Leyte Gulf.
Variants:
Second World War at Sea: Bismarck - Adds rules for using the included Surcouf French submarine in several of these scenarios.
Great War at Sea: U.S. Navy Plan Gold - Adds rules for using the included Surcouf French submarine in several of these scenarios.
