As an up-and-coming paleontologist, your goal is to excavate fossils and sell them to museums. Combine small and large fossils of different types into a variety of prehistoric creatures. You begin with a novice dig team but can purchase additional dig teams and tool upgrades. As you uncover fossils and assemble them into creatures, your fame will increase.
This game primarily focuses on set collection but incorporates some basic engine-building elements.
The second edition comes in a smaller box, has upgraded components, and features more streamlined play.
